Sometimes ACbuy cannot purchase an item immediately. The seller may change the price, a color may be out of stock, or the agent may need you to approve a note. In that case you will see a confirmation request.

Common reasons for confirmation

  • Price difference: The seller changed the price or shipping fee after the listing was submitted.
  • Variant issue: The selected size, color or version is unavailable.
  • Seller message: The seller asks you to confirm a substitution, delay or special condition.
  • Risk reminder: The agent wants you to acknowledge a product note before buying.

How to review the request

Open the order message and read every line carefully. Compare the new information with the product listing, your selected variant and your budget. If the message includes an AI or order number, copy it before replying.

Do not approve automatically. A small price increase may be fine, but a changed color, material or seller note can affect whether you still want the item.

How to reply

Reply clearly with one decision: approve, cancel, change variant, or ask the agent to check with the seller. Short messages are best because they reduce misunderstandings.

  • Use "I approve the price difference" only when you accept the new cost.
  • Use "Please cancel and refund" if the change is not acceptable.
  • Include the preferred size or color if you ask for a substitution.

Time limits

Many confirmation requests expire after a limited time. If you do not answer, the order may be cancelled or delayed. Check messages once a day while new orders are being purchased.
