Part One: Submit for Delivery

Step 1: Packaging Options

You can choose to remove the original packaging or keep it. If you need to remove packaging:

  • Select the unboxing option during parcel submission
  • The warehouse will unpack and remove excess packaging materials
  • You'll reduce dimensional weight and potentially save on shipping costs

Step 2: Label Management

In the Label section, you can choose to:

  • Keep the original label (as is)
  • Remove the label completely

This option helps with packaging customization and brand preferences.

Step 3: Select Your Shipping Route

After selecting packaging options, you can choose your preferred shipping route. Important details:

  • Estimated Shipping Time: This is ACbuy's estimated average arrival time in business days, not the guaranteed final delivery time
  • Declared Value Limits: Each shipping route has maximum declared value limits. Ensure your declared value is within the route's limits

Step 4: Choose Declaration Method

You have two declaration options for customs:

System Declaration

  • Simply enter the declared value
  • The system automatically generates declaration details
  • Faster and easier process
  • Good for straightforward product declarations

Personal Declaration

  • You manually enter item names and details
  • Provides more control over what information reaches customs
  • Recommended for customers in Brazil or with specific requirements

Step 5: Add a Warehouse Message (Optional)

You can leave special instructions or packaging requests for the warehouse team. They'll do their best to accommodate your needs, such as:

  • Keep items separated within the box
  • Extra padding or protection
  • Avoid creasing or wrapping delicate items

Step 6: Apply Coupon (Optional)

If you have a shipping discount coupon:

  • Click "Select a Coupon" to see available options
  • Each coupon has a minimum shipping fee requirement
  • You can only use the coupon once your shipping cost meets that minimum
