Account verification and a payment password are small setup steps, but they prevent many checkout delays. Do them before your first large ACbuy order so you can pay, confirm and ship without stopping midway.

Why verification matters

ACbuy may ask for account security checks before larger orders, wallet actions or payment-sensitive changes. Verified contact details also make it easier to recover the account if you forget a password or need support.

  • Email verification: Confirms that you control the mailbox connected to your ACbuy account.
  • Payment password: Adds a second confirmation step for wallet and payment operations.
  • Security records: Helps support identify you if there is a payment dispute or account lock.

Step 1: Verify your email

Open the ACbuy account or security page, find the email verification option, and request a code. Check your inbox and spam folder, then enter the code exactly as shown.

If the code expires, request a fresh one instead of reusing the old code. Avoid switching browsers during the process because some sessions reset the verification screen.

Step 2: Set your payment password

The payment password should not be the same as your login password. Use a number or phrase you can remember, but do not reuse a password from email, PayPal or other shopping accounts.

  • Write it down in a password manager.
  • Do not share it in Discord, Telegram or screenshots.
  • Reset it from the security page if you suspect someone has seen it.

Step 3: Test before ordering

Before placing a high-value order, log out and back in once, confirm the account page shows your email as verified, and make sure the payment password prompt works.

Doing this early is faster than fixing verification after an item sells out or while a parcel is waiting for payment.
