ACBUY / Status report
ACBUY in November 2026: what has changed?
The public website is accessible. Community updates point to MilaGift and an ongoing upgrade, while a dated return of the original buying-agent service remains unconfirmed in the sources we reviewed.
The current picture
- Public website: acbuy.com loaded during our check. A working homepage does not establish that checkout, parcel dispatch or withdrawals work for a particular account.
- Community development: a pinned return-status notice prioritizes a custom-product service; other announcements promote MilaGift.
- Agent-service return: we did not verify a newer, dated announcement confirming a general return to new purchases.
What ACBUY’s website currently shows
On 3 November, we opened the ACBUY homepage and its warehouse-adjustment notice. The notice is dated 24 June 2026. It describes an upgrade and recommends early dispatch of stored orders. Its presence today is a current observation; the service arrangements described in it belong to that earlier announcement.
The homepage still presents the familiar ordering, QC, warehouse and international-shipping workflow. Those descriptions explain the intended service. They do not demonstrate a successful new order or establish the condition of an existing parcel today.
The community update is about MilaGift, not a confirmed reopening
The pinned “When will ACBUY be back?” notice says the upgrade is continuing and gives priority to a new custom-product service. It directs readers toward the MilaGift community rather than providing an agent-purchasing restart date.
A separate MilaGift community and social-media partner announcement seeks promotional partners for personalized products. This is a business-development signal in the ACBUY community. It does not confirm that the earlier marketplace-agent workflow has returned.
The distinction matters for existing customers. These posts do not establish a transfer of ACBUY wallet balances, warehouse items or order obligations to MilaGift. Do not assume that a promotion or a different storefront changes the support route for an older order.
The timeline: announcement dates and check dates
| Date | Public record | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| 24 June 2026 | Warehouse-upgrade notice | Earlier arrangements for stored orders during an upgrade; not proof of current new-order availability. |
| 14 September 2026 | Reply to a buyer’s “Online” question | The community reply said purchases remained unavailable and did not provide a completion date. |
| 3–6 October 2026 | Withdrawal discussion | Different users reported different outcomes; a reply directed the affected buyer to customer support. These are account-specific reports. |
| Checked 3 November 2026 | Homepage and pinned community notices | The site was reachable; the community notices reviewed described continued upgrading and MilaGift activity, without a verified general restart date. |
For the community notices in the final row, 3 November is our observation date, not an asserted publication date. We could not independently verify their exact posting timestamps in this check.
What our daily monitoring adds—and where its limits are
We cross-checked our 2 and 3 November daily agent-intelligence reports and the underlying 3 November collection record. The latest report marks its coverage as limited and does not record a verified ACBUY service-status change. An inherited monitoring label is not a fresh operational check.
There is also a naming issue: one historical watchlist entry grouped AllChinaBuy and ACBuy, but its homepage observation points to allchinabuy.com. That observation cannot establish the condition of acbuy.com. This article therefore uses ACBUY’s own website and the Acbuyofficial community for the brand-specific assessment, rather than transferring another domain’s maintenance status.
Community posts help identify questions worth checking. They do not reveal every customer’s balance, parcel inventory or refund outcome. We have not tested a signed-in purchase, shipment or withdrawal for this report.
What existing customers should verify
- For an order: save its reference, original seller link, payment record, last visible status and the date of your last support reply.
- For stored items: ask support to confirm the item references, current warehouse record, storage deadline and available dispatch options for your destination.
- For a balance or withdrawal: keep the request reference and status history, and ask for an account-specific explanation through the official support channel.
- Before a new purchase: ask whether purchasing is currently available for the exact item and account. An old coupon, visible product page or working login does not answer that question.
The ACBUY homepage lists [email protected] during this check. Use the contact route on the current official site for account matters; ACbuy.net cannot access or alter your orders.
Do not mistake last year’s offers for current news
Searches for November promotions also returned ACBUY’s 11.11 shipping-rewards post from 2025. It is historical. Its coupon code and event window are not evidence of a 2026 promotion or a restored purchasing service.
What would change this assessment?
A new, clearly dated ACBUY notice naming the restored functions would be more useful than another generic homepage update. Account-level confirmation would still be needed for an individual order, stored item or withdrawal. Until then, the evidence supports an unresolved service-status assessment—not an independently verified reopening or a definitive closure declaration.
