As AI continues to develop rapidly and become increasingly powerful, it has created opportunities for hackers who seek to profit from cyberattacks. At the same time, it has brought enormous challenges to website builders and operators. This is also a common challenge faced by website creators and operators around the world.

Recently, Acbuy has been subjected to repeated cyberattacks by hackers attempting to extort substantial amounts of money from our company. Although our technical team has been fighting these attacks around the clock, some customers have still reported issues such as inaccessible product links, slow-loading product pages, and even the unexpected cancellation of previously placed orders. The attackers have continuously threatened Acbuy and have openly stated their intention to keep attacking our platform. However, Acbuy will not compromise. We refuse to accept demands that are unreasonable, inconsistent with our values, and contrary to fair business practices.

In order to provide customers with a safer purchasing experience and further strengthen our ability to serve customers in a compliant and sustainable manner, Acbuy has decided to carry out a comprehensive upgrade of our platform's security infrastructure and operational compliance framework. The upgrade is expected to take approximately four weeks and will be completed by June 30, 2026. We plan to gradually resume operations on July 1, 2026.Service Arrangements During the Upgrade Period

1.Warehouse and Shipping ServicesFrom June 1 to June 30, all warehouse operations and parcel shipping services will continue to function normally. Customers with items currently stored in our warehouse are encouraged to arrange shipment of their parcels as soon as possible. We will issue limited-time shipping discount coupons to help customers arrange shipment as soon as possible during this period.2.Purchasing, Return, and Exchange Services From June 1 to June 11, all services will operate normally. ●  From June 12 to June 30, return services will remain available, while purchasing services and exchange services will be temporarily suspended. ●  We plan to gradually resume operations on July 1.3.Important Security ReminderWe strongly recommend that all customers update their account passwords and ensure that strong, unique passwords are used. This will help reduce the risk of unauthorized access caused by weak or easily compromised credentials.
