We are calling on everyone to stop using ITAOBUY.
Due to a large number of buyer reports, it has been confirmed that ITAOBUY does not purchase items using the links provided by buyers, which causes the products received to be completely different from what was actually ordered. We have investigated this issue with many sellers, and the situation is exactly as follows: ITAOBUY uses the buyer’s product link to add the item to the shopping cart, but they do not actually complete the payment. This step is deliberately done to deceive buyers. They generate a purchase order number that was never paid, making buyers believe that a real purchase has been made, while in reality the products are secretly swapped.
For example, a buyer wants to purchase a pair of LJR-batch AJ1 sneakers from the official LJR seller. ITAOBUY adds the LJR AJ1 to the cart on the LJR seller’s Weidian store but does not pay for it. They then use this unpaid cart record to create a purchase order on their own website, making the buyer think the agent has completed the purchase. In reality, ITAOBUY goes elsewhere and buys a much cheaper AJ1 of a different batch and sends that to the buyer instead.
This allows ITAOBUY to profit in two ways: they earn the price difference between the high-tier LJR batch and the cheap low-tier batch, and they still charge buyers logistics and service fees. As a result, buyers are forced to pay LJR batch prices but receive a garbage-tier batch worth only a little over 100 RMB. This behavior seriously harms buyers’ interests, and this is not an isolated incident. According to repeated buyer feedback, this has been happening frequently in recent times.
So we strongly advise all users: wake up and stop using ITAOBUY. Do not continue to be kept in the dark. Choose other trustworthy agents instead, such as KAKOBUY, ACBUY, or LOONGBUY—any one of them is fine. Just do not use ITAOBUY. Tell more people, protect new buyers, and defend fairness and justice in this community.
